A very high-quality restaurant, very fast service, magnificent view. You can see Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmet Square, and the Marmara Sea from the terrace in a very beautiful way. We really loved the place. From now on, our go-to place for raki and fish will be Turkart Restaurant 🧿🪬 All the staff are very professional and do their jobs very well. We would also like to thank the owner, Mr. Uğur, for his attention and the complimentary dessert after the meal.

Gret view, great service. More quiet place since there is not much table. Perfet to relax with a great lunch.
Terrific meal, reasonable prices. We were the only (early) diners, and had a nice conversation with our server, the lovely Behar. The only downside for us older folks is the climb up several steep flights of stairs, but well worth the effort. I give this place a solid A+.

The food is delicious, with seasonings that suit Japanese palates! The view is also amazing. You can see the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Bosphorus Strait. The staff were friendly and it was easy to order. I'm happy with the price for five dishes and about four drinks. If I come to Istanbul, this is the first place I'll eat. This is the restaurant I would most highly recommend for anyone wanting to eat delicious Turkish food.
